Hi Michael, To narrow down the root cause of the issue, could you provide the following information? 1.How did you set up your Office 365 account in the Outlook client, via IMAP, POP3 or Exchange? Please kindly note that only the Exchange mode supports Outlook to sync calendars. 2.Does your account work fine in the previous version of the Outlook client? 3.To make sure this issue is not related to the network, can you change to another network environment and check if the issue persists?

Sorry for the delay in responding-i just checked this board today. Here is the information you requested: 1. I set the account up via exchange. Yes, the account was working fine in the previous version of the outlook client.

I have experienced these issues while connecting in various network settings: office, home, and hotel. Tried creating a new profile today.

Email synchronization seems improved, but still experiencing calendar sync issues. Attached are screen shots from my outlook client calendar and from my owa calendar.

Thanks for your assistance. Hi rick, i updated outlook this morning, and have continued to experience the same calendar and email issues. I then deleted the profile and set up the account again. See the screen shots below for the calendar issues.

(i won't due screen shots of email due to privacy concerns.) i captured all this in a new log that i'll upload through the private link you sent. By the way, this issue is marked solved, though it is not yet solved. Can you correct that? Thanks to you and the team for continuing to look into this.

A few obvious things to check (hope it's not insulting!) 1. In the bottom of Outlook window it has status. Should read 'All folders are up to date. Connected to: 'Name describing your Exch/O365 account' 2. In the ribbon menu, under tools - check that the toggle slider for 'Online/Offline' is set to online (shows green) Next to this is the buttons for Sync Status and Sync Errors. If you open up these windows are they blank, or have any diag messages.

Keep them open and monitor as yo use Outlook and make changes. Anything significant observed? 'All folders are up to date' does show 2.

The slider is set to 'online' 3. Sync Status is fine.

Sync Errors I get a couple: Error#1: 'Could not synchronize record: Project Tasks to Exchange server: Work' Operation would change object type which is not permitted Error code -19703 Error#2: There are several of these and they all seem to have large file attachments but they are old email.w Could not synchronize record: Report Examples to Exchange server: Work' Error code -18500 4. If I delete an email or move in Outlook and check in webmail it takes a very long time for it to reflect there. How can we make this happen closer to instant. My work laptop has Windows Outlook 2016 and I don't have these issues.

It is Exchange 2010 all SP and patches up to date (premise) and not O365 server.
